Three hundred tons of tee were
cut at the Verba Quarry and put up
in the F J Peterson ice house on
the Cedar river below Ivanhoe in
16 hours on Sunday. Work started
at 6 a.m. and eontinned until 11
p.m.
Assisting five local employees of
the Peterson Co Fred Mizaur, lo-
eel manager end"Carl Ellison, Clay-
ton Eliison Raymond Krmnm and
Melvin Skalsky, were 24 employees

ford with the power ice saw which

cold enough this winter to freeze
