E. Water service shall be divided into
two classes, namely "Domestic" aud "Com-
mercial."
Where the private dwelling is used as an
apartment house, or where more than one
family lives in the private dwelling, each
family residing therein shall be individual-
ly billed as a "Domestic" water user.
1. "Domestic" water users shall be con-
sumers receiving service in a dwelling
where no trade, commerce or other activity
is carried on for profit.
2. All other service shall be designated
as "Commercial".

All bills for water service, to both "Do-
mestic" and "Commercial" consumers shallI
become due and payable on the first day of i
January, first day of April, first day of
July, first day of October and a bill for
meter services shall become delinquent ten
days after the date the bill becomes due. A
20% penalty accrues on the 10th of the
month following due date• A $2.00 turn on
fee shall be required if water is shut off
for failure to pay water bill in full hy shut
off date.
Section 5--Property Lien and Suspending
Service for Nonpayment
The amount of water rates charged shah
constitute a lien upon the property served
hy the Lishon Water Department and that
amount shah be collected in the same man-
ner as other taxes if payment is not made
when due.
Section 6---Repealer
All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
conflict with the provisions of this ordin-
ance are hereby repealed.
Section 7--Saviug Clause
If any section, provision or part of this
Ordinance shah be adjudged invalid or un-
constitutional such adjuctation shall not
affect the validity of the Ordinance as a
whole or any section, provision or other
)art thereof not adjudged invalid or un-
constitutional.
Section 8---When Effective
This Ordinance shall be in effect after
the final passage, approval and publication
as provided by law.
Section 9--Penalty
Any violation of this Ordinance shall con-
stitute a dismeanor and be punishable by a
Hne not to exceed One Hundred Dollars,
($1(D.(}0) or hy imprisonment not to exceed
(30) thirty days. Passed by the Council on
this 3rd day of June 1957.
