Section 6---Repealer All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordin- ance are hereby repealed. Section 7--Saviug Clause If any section, provision or part of this Ordinance shah be adjudged invalid or un- constitutional such adjuctation shall not affect the validity of the Ordinance as a whole or any section, provision or other )art thereof not adjudged invalid or un- constitutional. Section 8---When Effective This Ordinance shall be in effect after the final passage, approval and publication as provided by law. Section 9--Penalty Any violation of this Ordinance shall con- stitute a dismeanor and be punishable by a Hne not to exceed One Hundred Dollars, ($1(D.(}0) or hy imprisonment not to exceed (30) thirty days.
