He had been ill for several months and was a great sufferer He leaves a wife and small baby; and two sisters also to mourn his untimely death Funeral services were held in the funeral home in Tipton Manday af- ternoon. This is the second son in the short space of six weeks who has gone to that country from whence no traveler ever returns. The grief stricken relatives have the sincere sympathy of the entire community in the loss of this good man. MRS. IDA ALB~H Funeral services were held in the Methodist church here Friday af- ternoon for Mrs. Ida Albaugh, who died at the home of her son, Ralph, on Tuesday afternoon Although she had been in frail health for a number of years, her death was a great shock to her family. She had been as well as usual, but suf- fered a stroke Tuesday morning and never regained consciousness. She was born at Wald, Iowa April 8th, 1864. In 1893 she was married to L. D Albaugh and lived on a farm south from town. To this union two children were born. Ralph, with whom she has made her home since her husband's death, i and a daughter who died a number i of years ago. A step-son, Orland Albaugh, and three step-daughters, ; Mrs. R. L. Burrough of Central City, Mrs. S. J. Singer, Colton, S. D and Mrs. Pearl Nolan of Lisbon, are left to mourn the loss of this good woman, who was more than a mother to them. Eleven grand- children and six great grand- children are also left. She was a member of the Presbyterian church Mr. and Mrs. Allen Jackson en- tertained at dinner Sunday a group of relatives: Mr. and Mrs. John Peterson and sons ef Lisbon, and Mary Joy Finnegan of State Cen- ter, were out of town guests.
